When stealth, performance, and utility meet in one electric bike, you get something more than just a ride — you get a tactical advantage. The Velotric Nomad 2X in Multi-Terrain Camo (MTC) is that advantage. And the story behind its design and launch is just as rugged and refined as the bike itself.

The Vision: Blend In, Move Silently

At its core, the Nomad 2X MTC was built for riders who move with purpose — outdoorsmen, trailblazers, and tactical users who value stealth, silence, and function over flash. That’s where the “Silence in Motion” tagline was born.

Whether you’re glassing a ridgeline, setting up camp, or just exploring off-grid terrain, the Nomad 2X MTC lets you move like a shadow — and look like part of the landscape doing it.

What is Multi-Terrain Camo (MTC)?

MTC isn’t just a wrap — it’s a strategically developed camouflage pattern designed to break up the bike’s silhouette across a wide range of backcountry settings. From hardwoods and brush to prairie grass and rocky hillsides, the MTC pattern helps the Nomad 2X disappear into its surroundings.

Developed in collaboration with Velotric and JoltBike Design House, the MTC finish is printed with ultra-matte texture to avoid light reflection and maintain low visibility — even under direct sun. The frame itself is a custom blend of sand-tan and drab green with overlays that mimic terrain shifts and shadow pockets.

Introducing Stealth Mode — Designed by JoltBike Design House

As part of the MTC launch, the Nomad 2X now features an exclusive Stealth Mode, engineered by the team at JoltBike Design House and Velotric. This setting allows riders to:

  • Dim or disable all onboard lighting (including the display and headlight)
  • Enter low-output torque mode for ultra-quiet starts
  • Limit screen brightness and switch to green-light compatible displays
  • MTC camo background on screen

This upgrade isn’t just cosmetic — it’s functional. Whether you’re moving pre-dawn, minimizing your visual footprint, or simply avoiding detection, Stealth Mode helps you keep a low profile with every push of the pedal.

Filming the Launch: Capturing the Quiet

The MTC launch video wasn’t just a product demo — it was an immersion. We filmed in the rolling ridges and open fields of western Pennsylvania, using natural lighting, real riders, and real-world scenarios like:

  • Glassing a field from the edge of the timber
  • Quietly approaching a trail camera location
  • Loading camp gear and slipping down a hillside trail
  • Rolling through a creek crossing at first light

Every scene was designed to showcase the silence, the mobility, and the subtlety of the Nomad 2X. We avoided any loud music or hype — just nature, wheels on dirt, and the sound of the mission.

The goal? Let the camo and bike speak for itself.

Designed for the Modern Outdoorsman

While we intentionally avoided the word “hunting” in our campaign, this bike was built with the backwoods adventurer and public land explorer in mind. From pre-season scouting to hauling gear or riding powerlines, this bike is made for those who need to go farther without being seen or heard.

The combination of the fat-tire platform, full suspension, rear rack capability, and now the MTC pattern with Stealth Mode, puts the Nomad 2X into a league of its own.

Why “Silence in Motion” Matters – This video has no voice over, just the bike and nature.

Noise ruins moments. That crunch of boots, that hum of an engine — it’s the difference between watching nature unfold or watching it flee.

The Nomad 2X MTC allows you to approach every scenario with silence as your ally. Whether you’re glassing game, setting trail cams, or just enjoying a silent sunrise ride through misty timber, the MTC package keeps you unseen, unheard, and in control.

This wasn’t just a bike launch. It was a declaration of purpose. The Velotric Nomad 2X Multi-Terrain Camo edition, powered by JoltBike Design House design expertise, is more than a colorway — it’s a tool for those who treat the outdoors like a way of life.
